CoreSWX Coiled Powertap Cable To Black Magic Cinema 2.5K/4K 18 Extends To 48

CoreSWX Coiled Powertap Cable To Black Magic Cinema 2.5K/4K 18 Extends To 48 | Extra reach for your camera power setup

More room to position your camera can make a power setup easier to arrange on set. This CoreSWX coiled PowerTap cable is named for Black Magic Cinema 2.5K and 4K cameras, and its stated length extends from 18 to 48. That extra reach gives you flexibility when the camera and the rest of your setup aren’t right beside each other. It’s a specific cable for a specific camera system, so the useful starting point is the connection described in its name—not a promise of broad compatibility. If you’re organising a rig around one of the named Black Magic Cinema cameras, this cable gives you a straightforward way to connect the PowerTap side while allowing for more distance as needed. The coiled design is part of the product; the key practical detail is the stated extension range.

Choosing it for your setup

When you’re selecting a cable, the camera name and the connection type are the details to match against your setup. Here, the title identifies Black Magic Cinema 2.5K/4K and describes a PowerTap cable, so those are the terms to use when checking that it’s the cable you’re looking for. The length wording is also useful to have in mind when planning where the camera will sit: it gives a starting figure and an extended figure, rather than just one fixed length. That can help you judge whether the cable’s stated reach suits the space you have to work with. One honest point: the title gives the measurements without a unit, so this description keeps them as stated instead of guessing. If those connection and length details line up with your intended setup, this is the model to consider.
