EIKON Wireless Microphone IS A Uhf Fixed Frequency System WM101 Two Channel Fix
EIKON WM101 Two-Channel UHF Wireless Microphone | Two channels, fixed-frequency simplicity
The EIKON WM101 is a two-channel wireless microphone system with a fixed-frequency UHF setup. That makes it a straightforward option for people who want a defined two-channel arrangement rather than a system built around choosing frequencies during use. It suits presenters, interviewers and small video teams recording spoken audio, especially when their setup is planned around two channels. A sit-down conversation or a small presentation are natural situations to consider it for. The fixed-frequency design has a clear trade-off: you won’t be switching to another frequency on the fly. That’s worth bearing in mind when planning where and how to use the system. If two channels and a set frequency suit the way you record, the WM101 offers a focused alternative to a wireless setup with more frequency choices.
Specialist Note
First-time wireless-mic buyers can expect frequency changes to be part of the process; with the WM101, it’s better to plan around its fixed frequency from the start. Its UHF designation identifies the system’s frequency band, while the two-channel format is relevant when your recording setup calls for two channels of audio. For a two-person interview or a small presentation, I’d match it with a recording arrangement designed to handle two channels, so voices can be managed separately where the rest of the setup allows. It suits someone who wants a defined, straightforward system more than the flexibility to retune. That fixed frequency is the honest limitation to keep in mind.
