The Firecrest ND series represents a cutting-edge range of ND filters by Formatt Hitech. A distinctive feature of these filters is their rare-earth metal coating, a revolution in hyperneutral ND creation technology. ND or Neutral Density filters are specifically designed to reduce exposure across the entire image plane. Although the applications of an ND filter are varied, they demonstrate maximum efficiency in landscape photography involving long exposures and city photography under excessive light conditions.

The Formatt Hitech Firecrest ND filter boasts Schott Superwhite glass construction and features a 5.5mm SuperSlim ring. Water-repellent and anti-reflective, the Firecrest ND filters enhance contrast and sharpness in your captures. The Firecrest coating also equips the filter with resistance against scratches, and protection from UV and IR light.
