Godox LA600R Litemons RGB LED Video Light (Black)

Godox LA600R Litemons RGB LED Video Light (Black): Shape colour and white light on set

A set with daylight-balanced windows and warm practical lamps can be tricky to light consistently. The black Godox LA600R Litemons is an RGB LED video light with a 1,800K–10,000K colour temperature range, covering very warm light through to daylight tones. HSI, RGBW and GEL modes provide different ways to create coloured light, while GM adjustment fine-tunes green-to-magenta balance for a closer match between sources. That range makes the LA600R useful for interviews in mixed lighting, controlled colour on a small production set, or matching the feel of a warm interior to a cooler scene. CRI and TLCI are both rated at an average of 95 or higher, an important detail when skin tones and other colours need to look natural on camera. There are also 14 built-in FX effects for adding simulated lighting cues to a scene. This is a substantial video light rather than a pocket unit, and its mix of colour modes, white-light adjustment and effects makes it a versatile option for studio and location production.

Key Features

• DMX and Bluetooth control: Adjust the light from the fixture or use Bluetooth through the Godox Light app. Wired DMX supports RDM, which is useful when the light is part of a larger controlled setup.
• NFC app connection: Tap the lamp’s NFC chip with the Godox Light app to establish a connection. It’s a quick way to get the fixture paired before adjusting it from a phone.
• 48V XLR power system: The light uses a 48V XLR power connection and supports up to 600W at its DC input. The supplied adapter has a locking design for a more secure power connection during setup.
• Metal housing and cooling: Its metal construction is intended to protect the fixture from knocks, while the cooling system supports stable operation during extended sessions.
• USB-A port: Use the port for firmware updates or as a 5V, 1.5A power output. That gives the connection a defined purpose beyond light control.
• Flexible brightness adjustment: Output can be adjusted from 0% to 100%, so the LA600R can be set to the level needed for a scene rather than only operated at full power.

Good to know

Bluetooth control has a stated range of up to 60 metres, and the operating temperature range is -20°C to 45°C. For wireless CRMX control, the LA600R can be used with a Godox TimoLink RX; that receiver is an additional accessory, not part of the listed box contents. The fixture’s AC input is rated for 100–240V at 50/60Hz.
