Wireless control and creative flexibility

Built-in Godox 2.4 GHz X wireless technology lets the V480F work as both transmitter and receiver. With support for 32 channels and a range of up to 100 meters, you can control multiple flashes directly without needing an external trigger.

TTL, manual mode, multi flash, and high-speed sync up to 1/8000s give you full creative control. Fine-tune exposure with flash exposure compensation, and choose first-curtain or second-curtain sync for dynamic motion effects.

Weighing just 282 grams without the battery, the V480F is easy to carry and comfortable to use on location. The included 7.2V/2200mAh rechargeable battery delivers up to 650 full-power flashes and recycles in approximately 1.7 seconds, so you can keep shooting with confidence.

USB-C charging makes it simple to top up between sessions, and the standby plus auto power-off functions help preserve battery life when the flash is not in use.

The built-in 2W LED modeling lamp with 10 brightness levels helps you preview the direction and quality of light before firing the flash. This makes it easier to refine your setup and create the look you want.

The flash head tilts from -7° to 120° and rotates 330°, giving you plenty of room for bounce techniques using ceilings, walls, or floors. A built-in catchlight panel and wide-angle diffuser help you create brighter eyes or softer, broader coverage without extra accessories.

Compatibility and expansion

Use the flash with Godox accessories such as the AK-R1 kit via the S-R2 adapter, or expand your lighting setup with Bowens-mount modifiers through the S2 bracket. It is a versatile solution for portraits, events, and creative lighting work.
