Hahnemühle DFA Photo Rag Bright White 310GSM 91.4cmx12m

Hahnemühle DFA Photo Rag Bright White 310GSM 91.4cmx12m | Plan wide photo prints with a 12-metre length

Instead of fitting every print to a standard sheet, you can plan around a wide format with this Hahnemühle photo paper. It’s the Photo Rag Bright White version, with a paper weight of 310gsm and dimensions of 91.4cm by 12m. That makes it suited to photographers and print studios working on larger photographic prints, or preparing several prints from a project using the same paper size. Its clearest strength is the combination of a substantial width and a continuous length, rather than a small pack of individual sheets. Think about the finished print dimensions and how many prints you expect to make before choosing it; those practical details matter with a long format. If your work is usually made to smaller, fixed sheet sizes, this may be more paper than you need. For planned wide-format output, it gives you a specific size to work with.

Planning a wide-format print

The 91.4cm width gives you room to consider larger compositions, while the 12m length lets you plan a run of prints along the paper rather than selecting separate sheets one at a time. Before starting, map out the image sizes you want to produce and allow for the layout you intend to use. That’ll help you judge whether this format suits the project and how much of its length you’re likely to use. A useful, unglamorous point: the paper size should fit the job, not the other way around. If you’re choosing paper for a particular printer, make sure its supported media dimensions and paper handling match this format before committing to a print run. This description doesn’t assume a printer type or a particular finish; it’s a straightforward option to consider when the named Bright White paper and the stated dimensions fit your plans.
