Hahnemühle Platinum Rag 50'' Roll 10m Uncoated

Hahnemühle Platinum Rag 50'' Roll 10m Uncoated | Uncoated paper in a long roll

When a print calls for paper supplied in a broad roll rather than as individual sheets, the Hahnemühle Platinum Rag gives you a 50-inch roll with 10 metres of paper. It’s uncoated, and the title identifies it as Platinum Rag. Those are the details to work from when deciding if this format suits your printing plans: the roll format, its stated size and length, and its uncoated finish. The product is listed in our printer paper range, so this is paper for a printer workflow, not a finished print. The useful part is straightforward: you’re buying a sizeable roll of uncoated paper, with a clear length stated up front. If you’re comparing paper by format, those concrete details matter more than a vague promise about how your prints will look.

Understanding the roll format

The name gives you two measurements to keep in view: 50 inches and 10 metres. It also makes the supply format clear: this is a roll, not a pack of separate sheets. That distinction is worth considering when planning a job, because the amount of paper you need and the format you want to handle are practical parts of choosing printer paper. “Uncoated” is another defining detail in the product name; it tells you the paper is offered without a coating. Platinum Rag is the named paper type, while Hahnemühle is the brand. Beyond those points, the title doesn’t make claims about a particular look or result, so I’d choose it on the basis of the format and finish you know you want.
