Hama 2-VOUDIGE USB-Charger Sigarettenaanst Oplaadadapter For Auto 2.4 A/12 W

Hama Dual USB Car Charger | Two USB ports for the car

Running short of USB charging points in the car can be a nuisance, especially when two devices need power on the same drive. The Hama Dual USB Car Charger plugs into a car cigarette-lighter socket and provides two USB ports, giving you a simple way to connect two USB-powered devices. Its stated rating is 2.4 A / 12 W. That makes it a practical, compact option for drivers who want a car charging adapter with two connections rather than a single USB port. It’s also easy to understand: plug the adapter into the car’s socket, then connect your USB devices. The useful detail here is the pair of ports; the rating is given for the charger as a whole, so I wouldn’t assume each port has its own 2.4 A output.

A simple way to add USB charging in the car

This adapter is for charging on the move, not for adding extra equipment to your car. Its cigarette-lighter plug makes the car socket the point of connection, while the two USB ports provide places to attach USB charging cables. If you often have more than one device to connect, having both ports together can save you from swapping cables during a journey. There’s little to figure out: the product’s purpose is clear from its design and name.

Keep the 2.4 A / 12 W figure in mind when comparing it with another car charger. Those numbers describe the rating given for this adapter; they don’t tell you how that power is divided between the two ports. If you need a specific charging rate for a particular device, this title alone doesn’t establish it. For everyday use, the straightforward appeal is two USB connections in a single car adapter.
