The Ilford Pop-Up Darkroom presents the perfect solution for analog photographers wanting to process their own negatives but lacking a suitable workspace. Its compact design is easy to fold, making it highly portable and convenient for storage or transport, hence, allowing you to establish your personal darkroom anytime and anywhere you want.

This unique darkroom accommodates a metallic frame measuring approximately 2.2 meters in height - a size that fits into most rooms with standard ceiling height. The team at Ilford meticulously designed the darkroom with durable, lightproof, black material that can easily be clamped to the frame. Additionally, a ground mat is provided to protect your flooring surface while complementing the lightproof material.

When fully erected, the darkroom offers ample workspace of 1.3 x 1.3 meters, providing a compact and comfortable environment to work in, either standing or sitting. An integral ventilation slot located at the bottom of the darkroom facilitates the use of an optional fan or air blower. This can substantially increase the internal dimensions once sealed properly.

With a smaller opening located towards the upper section of the darkroom, you have the option to attach an air extraction tube if needed. To enhance the photosensitive process, a loop for hanging a safelight is conveniently placed within the darkroom.
