K&F Concept Lens Adapter Canon EOS (EF / EF-S) EOS R | Keep using your Canon lenses

When you move to an EOS R camera but still have Canon EF or EF-S lenses, this K&F Concept adapter gives those lenses a way to fit the new system. It’s made for photographers who want to keep using lenses they already own rather than set them aside during a change of camera system. The adapter connects Canon EOS EF / EF-S lenses with EOS R cameras; that’s the core of what it’s for. It can be useful when you’re building an EOS R kit gradually, or when a familiar lens still suits a particular job. The practical benefit is straightforward: you can bring an existing EF or EF-S lens into your EOS R setup. The title identifies the lens and camera systems, but gives no details about electronic communication or autofocus performance, so I wouldn’t assume particular functions beyond the mount connection.

Specialist Note

The mount change can leave good EF and EF-S lenses sitting unused; this adapter addresses that gap by connecting them to the EOS R system. I’d consider it when you’re moving to an EOS R camera in stages and want to keep a familiar EF lens in your kit for portraits, or an EF-S lens for everyday photography. The important distinction is that it’s designed for both EF and EF-S lenses, while its camera side is for EOS R: match those mounts and it has a clear job in your setup. I’d treat it as a way to carry existing lenses across, not as a reason to expect extra features from them.
