Kiwi Ur 232R2 Camera Remoteshutter Cord
Kiwi Ur 232R2 Camera Remoteshutter Cord | Trigger the shutter without touching the camera
Pressing the shutter button on the camera can disturb a carefully framed shot, especially when the camera is on a tripod. The Kiwi Ur 232R2 Camera Remoteshutter Cord gives you a separate way to trigger the shutter, so you can keep your hands off the camera at the moment of exposure. It’s a straightforward accessory for photographers making still-life images, tripod-mounted scenes or other pictures where steady framing matters. The corded design keeps the release physically connected to the camera; it’s made for working within that connection, not for triggering the shutter wirelessly. Its appeal is simple: a direct remote release without adding a more elaborate control setup. If you want to avoid pressing the camera’s own button while taking a shot, this is the job the Ur 232R2 is named to do.
Specialist Note
For a 1-second still-life exposure on a tripod, I’d use a remote release rather than reach for the camera button at the last moment. The UR 232R2 is a corded shutter release, so the connection stays direct while your hands stay away from the camera; that’s helpful when even a small nudge could shift a close composition. Its name identifies it as a camera remote shutter cord, rather than a general-purpose camera control. I’d suggest it to someone who wants a simple wired way to trigger a compatible camera for careful, static shots. The trade-off is that a cord keeps you tethered, rather than giving you wireless freedom.
