Kondor Blue KB-PRM-BK Rosette Pivot Modul Raven Black
Kondor Blue KB-PRM-BK Rosette Pivot Modul Raven Black | Add a pivot point to your tripod setup
Need to change the angle of a tripod-mounted setup without moving the tripod itself? The Kondor Blue KB-PRM-BK is a rosette pivot module, listed as a tripod accessory. Its name describes the key idea: a pivoting module that uses a rosette connection. That makes it relevant when you want to adjust positioning at the connection point rather than repositioning the whole tripod. It suits camera makers and operators building a rig around a tripod and looking for this particular kind of joint. A practical use is making a small framing adjustment while keeping the tripod in place; another is setting the angle of a rosette-connected part of a rig. Raven Black gives the module a dark finish for a restrained look in a camera setup. The product information supplied here is limited, so I’d keep the choice focused on the rosette pivot format rather than assume a fit or function beyond that.
Specialist Note
Does the KB-PRM-BK give you a rosette pivot point for a tripod rig? Yes: it’s identified as a rosette pivot module and a tripod accessory. The rosette connection is the detail to focus on; it makes this relevant when the part you want to position is already intended to meet at a rosette. The word “pivot” points to the adjustment you’re buying, rather than a fixed connection. I’d consider it for fine repositioning on a tripod-mounted setup: keep the tripod planted and make the change at the pivot. It suits someone building around this connection style, but it isn’t a general-purpose tripod upgrade.
