Kondor Blue KB-PYX-BP PYXIS Cagesystem Bottom Half Plate Space Grey
Kondor Blue KB-PYX-BP PYXIS Cagesystem Bottom Half Plate Space Grey | A focused lower section for a PYXIS cage build
Kondor Blue KB-PYX-BP PYXIS Cagesystem Bottom Half Plate Space Grey is a bottom half plate for the PYXIS cage system, giving you a specific lower component to choose when putting together a camera rig. It suits filmmakers and camera operators building a PYXIS setup who want to select this part of the cage system separately, rather than shop for a complete camera rig. Its role is deliberately focused: this is a tripod accessory and a component for the cage system, not a general-purpose plate described for other equipment. The Space Grey finish also gives you a clear visual reference when choosing parts for a rig with a coordinated appearance. If your build calls for the lower half of a PYXIS cage system, this is the part to consider. It keeps the choice straightforward: a named cage component, in a specific finish, for a specific system.
Specialist Note
In a PYXIS cage build, a bottom half plate lets you focus your selection on the lower section instead of treating the cage as one all-or-nothing purchase. I’d consider it when you’re assembling a PYXIS camera rig piece by piece, or when you need to choose a lower cage component for a tripod-oriented setup. The title identifies both its place in the system and its Space Grey finish, so you can make that part choice with the intended location and appearance in mind. One practical limit: this is a component, not a complete cage. I’d keep the rest of the build planned around the PYXIS cage system rather than assume this plate does the job of other rig parts.
