Kondor Blue KB_GLD_BATT_BK Cine Gold Mount Battery Plate For 15mm LWS Rigs Black
Kondor Blue KB_GLD_BATT_BK Cine Gold Mount Battery Plate For 15mm LWS Rigs Black | A focused fit for LWS builds
The 15mm LWS rig format is the defining design choice here: this plate is named for that setup, giving it a specific place in a rig rather than presenting it as a general-purpose accessory. Kondor Blue’s KB_GLD_BATT_BK is a Cine Gold Mount battery plate, finished in black. It’s aimed at filmmakers building around Gold Mount batteries who need a plate for a 15mm LWS rig. The useful part is the clear combination of battery standard and rig format in the product name; you can quickly judge whether those match the plan for your build. This is a focused component, not a broad compatibility claim. If your rig calls for the stated format and battery standard, the naming makes the intended use easy to understand. There’s no need to read more into it than that.
Choosing this plate
Battery plates are often selected as part of a larger rig plan, so it helps to start with the standards your setup is built around. This product’s name identifies both the battery type and the rig format it is intended for. Compare those identifiers with the requirements of your own build, rather than choosing on colour or product category alone. That’s the practical way to narrow down whether this is the right item for your needs.
The name is unusually specific, which is helpful when you’re sorting through rig accessories with similar-looking titles. It also keeps the decision straightforward: this is a Cine Gold Mount plate for a 15mm LWS rig, in black. If those terms describe the role you need filled, this is the product to consider. If your build calls for a different arrangement, the title doesn’t suggest that this plate covers it. That distinction is worth keeping in mind when putting together a parts list.
