Kondor Blue KB_KOM_BK RED Komodo Cage w/ Handle Top Raven Black

Kondor Blue KB_KOM_BK RED Komodo Cage w/ Handle Top Raven Black | Cage and handle for a RED Komodo setup

Without a cage, a camera body has no cage-format protective layer around it. This Kondor Blue accessory is made for the RED Komodo and pairs a cage with a handle in a Raven Black finish. It suits RED Komodo owners looking for a cage-style accessory, with the handle included in the product name rather than a separate handle version to identify. Its clearest use is adding a cage to a RED Komodo setup; the title also makes the intended camera system easy to recognise. I’d keep the buying decision simple: this is the Raven Black cage-and-handle version. The product name doesn’t tell us how the handle attaches or what mounting points are on the cage, so I won’t guess at those details. If you’re choosing by camera system, cage format and finish, the listing gives you those points up front.

Choosing this version

The RED Komodo reference is the most important part of the name: this is not presented as a universal cage, but as a cage for that camera system. The handle is also part of the named version, which makes this a straightforward option for someone who wants both elements in the product description. Raven Black is the stated finish, useful when matching the look of an existing rig matters to you.

There’s no need to read more into the name than it says. It identifies the brand, the RED Komodo cage, the handle and the colour. That makes it easier to distinguish this item from other Kondor Blue accessories, while keeping the choice grounded in the details supplied. For a RED Komodo build where a cage is the accessory you’re after, this is the specific Raven Black version to consider.
