Lastolite Ezybox Hot Shoe 76cm (w/o Plate)

Lastolite Ezybox Hot Shoe 76cm (w/o Plate) | A 76cm softbox, without the plate

What sets this Ezybox apart is the combination of its 76cm size and Hot Shoe name, with the plate deliberately excluded. It’s for photographers looking for this specific Lastolite softbox and who already have a plate, or are sourcing one separately. The size gives you a clear starting point when choosing a softbox: you can compare it with the space you have and the scale of the light modifier you want to use. A softbox is used to soften and shape light; this one is a focused option if you’re shopping for a 76cm Ezybox rather than an unspecified modifier. The honest detail to keep in mind is right in the title: it comes without a plate. That makes it important to account for the plate separately if your setup needs one. The listed colour is black.

Choosing this Ezybox

The Hot Shoe wording is part of the product’s name, so it helps identify the version you’re looking for; it isn’t enough on its own to establish compatibility with a particular flash or setup. Likewise, the 76cm size is useful when comparing options, but it doesn’t tell you how much room the softbox will take up once assembled. If you’re replacing an existing modifier, compare the name and size with the one you use now. If you’re building a setup, account for the missing plate before you decide. Those are practical details, not small print: the size identifies the product, while “w/o Plate” tells you what not to expect with it. This is a straightforward pick when those details match what you need.
