A distinguishing feature of this lamp is the supplied remote control with an LCD display. The remote control allows you to manipulate the colour temperature and brightness remotely. The 500L-C supports wireless assistance for six groups and sixteen channels, all controlled by the provided remote control. Its excellent heat dissipation prevents it from overheating despite prolonged use, thanks to the LED’s it incorporates.

The video light draws power from either two optional Sony NP-F series li-ion batteries or an AC-adapter. The remote control operates on two optional AAA batteries.
