Leofoto Lens Foot For Canon RF800mm F11 IS STM | Tripod support for distant subjects

Support the Canon RF800mm F11 IS STM on a tripod for a composed view of distant birds or wildlife without holding the lens throughout a wait. The Leofoto Lens Foot For Canon RF800mm F11 IS STM is a tripod accessory made for that lens, giving you a point to support it from when you settle into a fixed position. Its purpose is specific: make tripod use with this long telephoto lens more practical during patient observation, rather than changing how the lens sees or records a subject. It suits wildlife photographers and anyone who works from a hide, garden or viewpoint and wants to keep the lens supported while watching for a moment to photograph. Pair it with a tripod setup suited to your framing and location; this foot is about supporting the named lens, not adding reach or altering its optical performance.

Specialist Note

This foot gives the RF800mm F11 IS STM a tripod support point, so you don't have to keep bearing the lens by hand while waiting for a bird to settle. At 800mm, a distant subject can fill the frame, making a steady, prepared position helpful for keeping your composition ready. The lens is f/11, so I’d favour bright daylight for perched birds or wildlife; as a starting point, try 1/1000s and adjust ISO to suit the light and subject movement. It suits patient, tripod-based work particularly well. One limit to keep in mind: the foot supports the lens, but it won’t make f/11 brighter.
