The Leofoto MH-40LRC is a high-performance panning ball head built for photographers and for demanding field use. Its ergonomic control handle offers fast, precise adjustment and secure locking, while the extendable grip makes it easier to operate when wearing gloves or working in cold conditions.

A silver internal tension knob lets you fine-tune resistance for smoother, more controlled movement. The precision-machined ball delivers fluid motion with more than 80% of the ball exposed, giving you excellent freedom of movement. With a tilt range of +/-55°, this head is designed to support dynamic framing and quick directional changes.

The pan base is laser-engraved with 2.5-degree markings from 0 to 360 degrees, making panoramic setup more accurate and repeatable. Mounting is handled via a standard 3/8" thread, and the updated hybrid clamp accepts both Arca and Picatinny plates. An included hex screw allows you to adjust clamp width for compatibility with non-standard Arca and Picatinny rails.
