Lowepro Fastpack Pro BP 250 AW III Backpack

Lowepro Fastpack Pro BP 250 AW III: Carry a camera kit on travel days

Your camera, lenses and day-trip essentials travel in one pack, with photography gear kept apart from personal belongings. The Lowepro Fastpack Pro BP 250 AW III is a camera backpack with two main sections, intended for carrying a camera and several lenses on hikes, city outings and travel days. That division is its most useful idea: the equipment compartment keeps your kit together, while a separate upper area carries the things you need through the day. The QuickDoor side opening gives the camera a direct route out; you don’t need to open the full equipment section for a quick change of pace or a passing moment. For full access, release the buckles and inner safety clip before opening the main zip further, adding a deliberate security step. Lowepro adds a protective outer layer against knocks, sand and moisture, plus an All Weather cover for wet conditions. On a city trip, the laptop compartment and upper storage separate personal items from the camera kit; on a hike, the side pocket carries a bottle or compact tripod. It’s a travel-focused arrangement with useful access options, rather than one open compartment where everything competes for space.

Pockets, straps and padding

• QuickDoor side access: Open the side section for camera access, or release the buckles and inner safety clip to open the equipment compartment further. That staged access keeps the main gear area secured until you need it.
• Adjustable dividers: Arrange the padded dividers around your equipment so items stay separated and in position as you move.
• 15-inch laptop compartment: A separate sleeve carries a laptop up to 15 inches, apart from the camera equipment.
• Small accessory pocket: The Pro version adds a pocket in the upper section for smaller items you want close by.
• Padded waist belt with loops: The padded belt adds support, and its loops provide a place to attach a lens pouch.
• Breathable back and shoulder straps: Two zones of breathable material form the back panel, while the adjustable, ergonomically shaped shoulder straps have soft padding.

What fits inside

The equipment compartment accommodates a DSLR or mirrorless camera with a lens and three additional lenses. Personal belongings go in the separate upper section, keeping them apart from the camera kit. The upper area also has space for items such as cables, batteries, accessories, food or an extra layer, while the dedicated laptop compartment takes a model up to 15 inches.
