Nedis Composiet Video Cable | Connect equipment with three RCA sockets

You can link two pieces of equipment with three RCA connections using this Nedis composite video cable. It has three male RCA plugs at each end, so it’s intended for a connection where the source and receiving equipment both have the matching sockets. That makes it a straightforward option for putting a composite-video link in place without adapters, provided the connections on your equipment match. The useful detail is the three-to-three layout: rather than a single RCA plug at either end, you have a set of three on each side. For a home AV setup, that can keep the connection between the two pieces of equipment direct. The product name identifies it as a composite video cable; it doesn’t give a cable length or further performance details, so I wouldn’t choose it based on a particular distance or picture-quality claim. Check the available space between your equipment and the position of its three RCA sockets before settling on a route. Its listed colour is Gun.

Making the connection

Start by locating the three RCA sockets on both pieces of equipment. Each end of this cable has three male plugs, so you can connect one set at the source and the other at the receiving end. Keep the plugs in the order that matches the connections on your equipment; the product title doesn’t specify a colour-to-signal arrangement, so follow the labels or markings on the devices rather than guessing. This cable suits a setup that calls for three RCA connections at both ends. It’s a poor match for a device that only has a different kind of socket, or for a connection needing a different number of plugs. That simple check can save time during setup. If your equipment has the right three sockets at each end, this Nedis cable gives you the matching male connections in one cable. No extra capabilities need to be assumed: its stated job is composite video connection, with three RCA male plugs per end.
