Nedis DP-Cable DP Male DP Male 8K@60Hz Gold Plated 2.00 M Round PVC Black Box

Nedis DP-Cable DP Male DP Male 8K@60Hz Gold Plated 2.00 M Round PVC Black Box | A 2-metre DisplayPort cable rated for 8K at 60 Hz

When a DisplayPort connection needs to reach across a desk or equipment shelf, this Nedis cable gives you a defined 2.00-metre link to work with. It has a DisplayPort male connector at each end, and its stated video specification is 8K at 60 Hz. That makes it relevant when those are the connection and display requirements you’re working to; the connector type and stated resolution are the key details to match to your setup. The plugs are gold plated, and the cable is round, black and PVC. It’s a straightforward cable rather than a bundle of extras. One practical point: 2 metres is a fixed length, so it’s worth thinking about the route between your devices before choosing it.

Length and cable format

The 2.00-metre length gives you a clear starting point for planning where the cable will run. Measure the path between the two connection points, allowing for the way the cable needs to turn or follow the edge of a desk. A straight-line measurement can come up short if the cable has to travel around furniture or equipment. The round, black PVC cable has a simple, familiar format for a visible run; its colour may blend in with dark equipment, but the actual appearance depends on the space around it. Both ends use male DisplayPort connectors, so the connection points need to accept that plug type. Check the required connection and video specification against the details here: DisplayPort and 8K at 60 Hz. That’s the useful decision-making information this cable provides.
