Nedis Stereo Audio Cable 3.5mm M - 3.5mm M 10m GY

Nedis Stereo Audio Cable 3.5mm M - 3.5mm M 10m GY | Reach between stereo audio connections

Its 10-metre length is the detail that matters most: this Nedis stereo audio cable gives you more room to place two connected devices apart than a short lead allows. It suits anyone routing audio across a room or around furniture, provided both devices have a matching 3.5mm connection. The male 3.5mm plug at each end makes the connection straightforward, and the cable carries stereo audio. That makes it a practical option for a setup where the audio source and listening equipment can’t sit side by side. The long run does mean you’ll want to think about where the cable goes before connecting everything; a little planning can keep it from crossing a walkway. Its grey colour is understated, too, so it’s less conspicuous against many neutral floors and furnishings. A simple cable, with distance as its main advantage.

Planning the connection

Before you route the cable, identify the audio output on the source and the input on the receiving device. Both need to accept a 3.5mm plug for this connection to suit your setup. The cable’s extra reach can help when those devices are on opposite sides of a room, or when you want to keep them in separate positions rather than directly beside one another. It can also give you some flexibility when deciding where equipment sits, instead of letting a short lead dictate the layout. Keep the path in mind: along an edge or behind furniture is generally easier to live with than across a spot where people walk. If your equipment uses a different connection, this cable won’t bridge that difference. It’s a useful, plain solution when the matching sockets are already there and the gap between them is the problem.
