Nedis Stroomkabel Euro Male IEC-320-C1 Straight Straight Vernikkeld 2.00 M Flat

Nedis Euro Male to IEC-320-C1 Straight Nickel-Plated 2.00 m Flat Power Cable | A flat 2-metre power lead

A cable that’s too short or awkwardly shaped can make a simple power connection frustrating. This Nedis power cable has a Euro male plug at one end and an IEC-320-C1 connector at the other, with straight connectors at both ends. Its 2-metre length gives you some room to arrange the cable between a power outlet and equipment with the matching connection. The flat shape can help when you’re planning a route along a surface, while the black finish keeps the cable visually understated. Nickel plating is specified for the connectors. It’s a straightforward cable for replacing a lead or setting up a connection where these two connector types are required. Before choosing it, compare the connectors with the actual sockets on your equipment and allow for the distance the cable needs to cover.

Planning the cable route

Start by looking at where the power source and the equipment will sit. A 2-metre cable gives you a set length to work with, so consider the full path between those points rather than just the straight-line distance. The flat profile may suit a route where a round cable would feel more bulky, but the space available and how you want to lay the cable will determine whether it works for your setup. Both ends are straight, so account for that when placing equipment near a wall or other obstruction. This isn’t a cable with a range of connector options: its purpose is to join a Euro male plug to an IEC-320-C1 connection. Matching those ends is the key detail when selecting it.
