Nitze Body Cap For Airtag Grey - RF-Mount (N81-CB1)
Nitze Body Cap For Airtag Grey - RF-Mount (N81-CB1) | Keep your RF mount covered and easier to locate
Nitze Body Cap For Airtag Grey - RF-Mount (N81-CB1) is an RF-mount body cap designed for use with an AirTag. It’s for photographers who use RF-mount cameras and want a cap for the camera when a lens is off, with an AirTag as part of their approach to keeping track of their gear. Its most specific appeal is that it combines the everyday role of a body cap with an AirTag-focused design. That makes it worth considering if you store a camera without a lens or carry a spare body and want a way to associate it with your locating setup. The grey finish gives it a distinct look among camera accessories. This is a small, practical item with a clear purpose: cover the camera’s mount when it’s not carrying a lens, rather than add another photographic control or feature to your kit.
Where it fits into your kit
A body cap is useful between lenses, during storage, or when packing a camera body separately. This model is aimed at people who want that simple bit of protection to work alongside an AirTag-based gear-locating routine. It’s a specific accessory for a specific task, rather than a general-purpose camera add-on.
Specialist Note
With the lens off, you can cap the camera body and put it away without leaving the mount open. I’d point RF-mount camera owners toward this if they also want an AirTag associated with a body they store at home or carry in a camera bag; use the cap whenever the camera is travelling without a lens. The grey finish can also make it easier to pick out from darker accessories in a crowded kit. Its job is focused: it’s a body cap, not a lens cover. If you’re asking us about this exact version later, N81-CB1 is the model code to give us.
