Its built-in 5-axis HYBRID image stabilization ensures that your shots remain sharp and stable, while the advanced face detection tracking capabilities help you maintain focus effortlessly.

This camcorder includes all the professional features found in the HC-X1200E and adds even more functionality, such as built-in WiFi and the capability for Full HD live streaming (accessible via firmware update). The HC-X1600E is compatible with the optional VW-HU1 removable handle, which includes two XLR audio inputs, audio control, and LED lighting. You can easily monitor your recordings on the 3.5" LCD screen with an impressive 2,760K dots, providing excellent visibility even in bright sunlight. Additionally, it features a high-quality tilting OLED viewfinder with a large eyecup for comfortable viewing.

Support for a wide range of bitrates and formats is included, such as MOV recordings in 4:2:0 10-bit 59.94p. The HC-X1600E is equipped with a variety of professional tools, including waveforms, vectorscope, zebras, chroma levels, and more. An integrated 3-step ND filter allows for precise control, while two manual rings provide quick adjustments for focus, zoom, and aperture settings. The newly designed heat-dissipating body ensures the camcorder remains cool, regardless of how long your shooting sessions may last.

Lastly, the camcorder comes with dual SD card slots and a USB-C port, which can be utilized for powering the device among other uses.
