Permajet Matt Minilab 230G Roll 6INCHES 60m

Permajet Matt Minilab 230G Roll 6INCHES 60m | A long matt photo-paper roll

The matt finish is the defining choice here: this Permajet photo paper is made for prints where a non-glossy surface is wanted. It comes as a roll, rather than as individual sheets, and its name gives the key format details: 6 inches wide and 60 metres long, with a 230G designation. That makes it a format-led option for photographers or print businesses who already know their workflow calls for this width and roll length. The product is named “Minilab”, so it’s aimed at that print context; the exact fit still depends on the equipment and workflow you use. There’s no need to guess what the central choice is: matt surface, roll format and stated dimensions are all right in the name. If those match your requirements, this is a straightforward Permajet paper to consider.

Choosing this roll

Paper finish affects the look and feel of a print, so it’s worth deciding whether matt is right for the images you plan to produce. If you want a glossy surface, this isn’t the finish named for this product. That’s a useful distinction to settle before you choose a paper roll; the paper’s format matters just as much as its surface.

Roll paper is best approached with your print process in mind. Think about the width you need and how a continuous roll fits the way you work, rather than treating the length as a promise of a particular number of prints. Print sizes and trim can change how much paper each job uses. My honest take: the title gives you a clear starting point, but the decision depends on matching those stated dimensions and the matt finish to your intended use.
