SmallHD Cheese Plate for Mntng Anton Bauer / V-Mnt Brackets
SmallHD Cheese Plate for Mounting Anton Bauer / V-Mount Brackets | A dedicated bracket mounting interface
Mounting an Anton Bauer or V-mount bracket is the job this plate is made for. The SmallHD Cheese Plate for Mounting Anton Bauer / V-Mount Brackets is a cheese plate intended to provide that mounting interface in a field-monitor setup. It suits a camera operator or technician building a monitor rig around either of those bracket types and wanting the bracket to have a designated place in the build. The useful point is its specific purpose: it’s a mounting component, rather than a power source or a complete monitor rig. That makes it relevant when you’re planning how the bracket and monitor hardware come together, before assembling the rest of the setup. The title identifies the bracket types it is intended for, but doesn’t establish particular monitor models or mounting dimensions, so keep the choice grounded in your own rig’s requirements.
Specialist Note
When a field-monitor rig needs a place for its power bracket, this plate addresses that mounting step directly. It’s a cheese plate, so think of it as the interface in the build, not as a battery or a power supply. Its stated purpose covers Anton Bauer and V-mount brackets; choose the bracket type that belongs in your setup, then use the plate for that mounting role. I’d consider it for a monitor rig where bracket placement is part of the planned layout, especially when assembling a system around one of those two bracket types. The point is specific, which is helpful, but it isn’t a complete power solution on its own.
