SmallRig 5242 Imagegrip Series Liquid Handle w/ Nato Clamp (Left Side)

SmallRig 5242 Imagegrip Series Liquid Handle w/ Nato Clamp (Left Side) | A left-side handle with a NATO clamp

Its defining detail is the combination of a liquid handle and a NATO clamp, with this version designated for the left side. That makes the SmallRig 5242 a specific grip option for someone who has already decided where they want a handle positioned and what kind of clamp connection they’re looking for. It’s part of the Imagegrip Series, so the series name is another useful point to match when comparing product listings. The title tells you what this item is called; it doesn’t justify guessing about camera fit or other rig details. If those basics line up with your setup, this is the left-side version to consider. A straightforward pick when the position and clamp type are your main criteria.

When choosing a grip, it helps to separate the decision into two parts: where you want to hold the rig, and how the grip attaches. This product’s name gives you a clear answer on both of those points, without needing to infer them from a general category label. The “liquid handle” wording is part of its product name, so I’d use that exact term when searching or comparing models rather than assuming it describes a particular mechanism or performance. In short, this listing is aimed at shoppers who know they want a handle on the left and are seeking the named clamp style. That’s a more useful way to narrow the choice than relying on broad grip terminology alone.
