Urth 43mm Variable ND2 32 Filter Pro
Urth 43mm Variable ND2 32 Filter Pro | Adjust light for slower shutter speeds
On a bright day, you may want a slower shutter speed to show movement in water, or a wider aperture without overexposing the scene. The Urth 43mm Variable ND2 32 Filter Pro is made for adjusting how much light reaches the camera, with a variable neutral-density range from ND2 to ND32. That range corresponds to roughly one to five stops of light reduction, so you can make a measured adjustment rather than choosing a single fixed strength. It suits photographers and filmmakers who want to manage exposure in changing light, particularly when keeping a chosen shutter speed or aperture matters. The range is useful for everyday exposure control, though five stops has limits in very bright conditions if you’re aiming for a particularly long exposure. Its 43mm size is another key detail: the lens needs a matching 43mm filter thread.
Specialist Note
The 43mm filter diameter is the practical starting point: this filter is for a lens with a matching 43mm filter thread. Its variable ND2–32 range then gives you room to adjust exposure instead of swapping between different fixed strengths. For moving water, you can use the added reduction to try a slower shutter speed; for video, it can help you keep your chosen shutter speed when the light is strong. At its maximum, the five-stop reduction is useful, but it won’t cover every very-bright, long-exposure situation. I’d recommend it to someone who wants flexible exposure control and already knows their lens uses a 43mm thread.
