Zilverstad Photo Frame Nantes Silver Plated Gelakt 13x18 cm

Zilverstad Photo Frame Nantes Silver Plated Gelakt 13x18 cm | A considered frame for a favourite photo

Give a favourite photograph a place of its own, ready to be noticed rather than left among pictures on a screen. The Zilverstad Photo Frame Nantes is a silver-plated, lacquered frame for a 13x18 cm photo. It suits anyone choosing a frame for a particular print, perhaps a family picture, a holiday moment or a portrait that means something to them. Its appeal is the simple pairing of a familiar photo size with a silver-plated finish: a straightforward way to bring a personal image into the room. The Nantes name identifies the range, while the size gives you a clear starting point when choosing which photograph to frame. It’s a specific size, so the best result comes from selecting a print made for it rather than guessing from the overall dimensions of a photo.

Choosing a photograph

Start with the image, not the frame. A picture with one clear subject can read well when given its own place, while a busy group photo may reward a closer look at how people and details sit within the crop. Check that the important part of your chosen image fits the 13x18 cm photo size; a print’s dimensions and the size of the whole frame are not necessarily the same thing. The silver-plated finish gives the frame a more traditional feel than a plain colour frame, so it may suit a photograph you want to present as a keepsake rather than change with every new print. That’s a matter of taste, of course. Pick the photo you’d be glad to see often, and let the frame give it a defined place.
