ACT Power Strip w/ Illuminated Switch 6 Sockets 3 M Black

ACT Power Strip w/ Illuminated Switch 6 Sockets 3 M Black | Six sockets, power control in reach

When a work surface is short on nearby sockets, this ACT power strip gives you six places to connect plug-in devices and a 3 m cable to position it where it’s needed. It suits a desk, camera workspace or shared charging area where several devices are used in one spot. The illuminated switch is easy to spot when you want to operate the strip, and the black finish is unobtrusive alongside dark furniture or equipment. Its appeal is practical rather than elaborate: a set of six sockets, a longer lead and a visible switch. Place the strip within reach, connect the devices you need, and you can control the strip from its switch instead of reaching for a wall socket. It’s a simple way to bring several power connections together at a work area.

A practical spot for the strip

It’s worth deciding where the strip will sit before connecting your devices. Keeping it somewhere accessible makes the switch easy to reach, while the cable gives you some choice about its position relative to the nearest wall socket. At a desk, for example, you can arrange the equipment around one shared point rather than spreading plugs across different locations. In a camera workspace, that can be a handy way to gather the power connections for the items you use there. The six sockets give you room for several plugs at once; how many devices you connect will depend on the plugs and your setup. Keep the strip in a position that works for the space and leaves the switch visible. The basic idea is refreshingly clear: one power strip, six sockets and a switch you can see.
