ACT USB 2.0 Connection Cable A Male - B Male 3 Meters

ACT USB 2.0 Connection Cable A Male - B Male 3 Meters | A direct wired link

Connect equipment with a USB A socket to equipment with a USB B socket using a straightforward cable link. The ACT USB 2.0 Connection Cable A Male - B Male 3 Meters has a male A connector at one end and a male B connector at the other, with a cable length of 3 metres. That extra reach can make it easier to position the connected devices where you need them, rather than right beside each other. It’s a simple cable for a simple job: join the matching A and B connections without adding another adapter to the setup. The title identifies it as USB 2.0, so this is the version to look for when that’s what your connection calls for. One practical point: allow for the cable’s route when arranging your equipment, since bends and the placement of sockets affect how much reach you have in use.

A straightforward A-to-B connection

The connectors are different at each end, so the cable has a clear direction in terms of where each plug goes: the A male end meets an A socket, and the B male end meets a B socket. That makes it easy to identify the intended connection before you arrange your equipment. Its 3-metre length gives you room to place the two connected items apart, which can help when their sockets aren’t side by side. Keep the cable route in mind as you set things up; the usable reach depends on the path between the devices, not just the distance in a straight line. There’s no need to treat this as a multi-connector lead: it’s an A-to-B USB 2.0 cable.
