ACT USB-C 3.2 GEN2 Active Optical Cable (AOC) For Touch Panels Data Power 5m

ACT USB-C 3.2 GEN2 Active Optical Cable (AOC) For Touch Panels Data Power 5m | A 5m link for touch-panel setups

Give a touch panel more room in its setup with a five-metre cable for data and power. The ACT USB-C 3.2 Gen2 Active Optical Cable (AOC) is made for that job, combining a USB-C connection with an active optical cable design. It’s intended for touch-panel installations where the cable needs to span some distance, rather than leaving the connected equipment right beside the panel. The useful detail is the combination of purpose and length: this is specifically described for touch panels, and measures 5m. That makes it worth considering when planning where the panel will sit and how the cable will be routed. Its role is straightforward: a single cable for the panel’s data and power connection. If that matches your setup, the five-metre reach is the first thing to compare with your planned route.

For a tidy installation, it helps to measure the route the cable will actually take, rather than just the straight-line distance between the panel and the connection point. Allow for the path around furniture or along an edge, too. This cable is a specialist option for touch panels, not a general-purpose description of every USB-C connection. The title identifies the USB 3.2 Gen2 standard, but gives no data-rate figure, so there’s no need to assume one from the name alone. Match the cable to a setup that calls for USB-C, data and power for a touch panel, and consider whether five metres suits the way you plan to place it. That keeps the decision focused on the details provided.
