B&W Bw.case PP.709; Case Type 6800; Empty; Bronze Green
B&W Bw.case PP.709; Case Type 6800; Empty; Bronze Green | Hard-case storage for gear facing knocks, dust or rain
Its defining difference is the hard-case format: the B&W Bw.case PP.709 is an empty case for photographers who want a more substantial outer case for transporting or storing their gear. It’s suited to anyone who needs to keep camera equipment together when handling may involve knocks, dust or rain. That’s where this kind of case is most relevant: moving equipment between locations or keeping it stored in conditions where a soft bag may not be the form of protection you want. The case arrives empty, so you choose what to put inside rather than receiving a pre-packed camera kit. Its Bronze Green finish gives this version a distinct look. If you need a hard case for your own gear, and prefer to decide what it holds, this model offers a straightforward starting point.
Specialist Note
6800 is the case type; in practice, it identifies the B&W case format you’re choosing. Because it’s a hard case, I’d consider it when you want a firmer outer enclosure for gear in transit or storage, especially where knocks, dust or rain are a concern. The empty configuration means you can choose which equipment to keep in it; it doesn’t arrive as a ready-packed solution. I’d use it to bring camera gear between locations, or as a dedicated place to store equipment at home. Bronze Green is a distinctive finish, too. The honest trade-off: you’ll need to decide what belongs inside.
