Caruba Metalen Filter Opberg/Bewaarset 46 mm
Caruba Metalen Filter Opberg/Bewaarset 46 mm | Keep your filter in one place
Loose filters can end up mixed in with other camera gear, making them awkward to find when you want to use one. This Caruba metal filter storage set gives filters sized 46 mm a dedicated place to be kept between uses. It’s for photographers who want a simple way to keep a filter with their kit, rather than leaving it loose in a bag or pocket. The appeal here is straightforward: a metal storage accessory for a specific filter size, with no extra controls or optical effect to think about. Put your filter away when it comes off the lens, then keep the set with the rest of your camera equipment. It’s best suited to keeping compatible filters together and easier to locate; it doesn’t replace a filter or change the image your lens produces.
A simple storage routine
Use the set as a regular place for your filter when it isn’t on the lens. That’s handy after a scene where you’ve finished using the filter, or when you’re packing your camera gear away. Keeping it with your equipment makes it easier to find again, without relying on a loose pocket or an unused corner of your bag. The product name identifies the size it’s intended for, so it’s a focused storage accessory rather than a general-purpose filter case.
Specialist Note
“Is this for storing a 46 mm filter?” Yes — that’s exactly what this Caruba set is for. The metal construction gives your filter a dedicated storage place, instead of leaving it loose among your gear. I’d use it when taking a filter off the lens between scenes, then put the set back with your camera kit so it’s easy to find next time. It suits photographers who already use filters in this size and want a straightforward storage accessory. Just bear in mind that it stores the filter; it doesn’t add a filter effect or tell you what kind of filter to use.
