CoreSWX Double V-Mount Kit w/ Coiled Powertap

CoreSWX Double V-Mount Kit w/ Coiled Powertap | A dual V-mount kit with a coiled Powertap

What sets this CoreSWX kit apart is the combination named right on the product: a double V-mount kit and a coiled Powertap. It suits camera crews and other production users planning a power setup around that format and connection. The coiled cable is a practical detail to consider when laying out a rig; the title makes it clear that this isn’t simply a V-mount kit with an unspecified lead. If those are the details you’re looking for, the product name gives you a direct starting point. It’s a focused accessory, rather than a description of a complete power package. The honest takeaway is that its appeal rests on this particular combination, so it makes most sense when a double V-mount arrangement and a coiled Powertap are part of your plan.

Reading the product name

There are three useful cues in the name: CoreSWX is the brand, “Double V-Mount Kit” describes the kit’s stated format, and “Coiled Powertap” identifies the connection detail. That makes the product easier to assess against a rig plan without guessing at extra features. Start with the role you need the accessory to play, then see whether this named format matches it. The coiled lead is specifically part of the description, so it’s worth keeping that detail in mind when considering cable routing. This page keeps the description close to what the product is called: no assumed camera fit, included items or extra connectors. If your requirements centre on the double V-mount format and coiled Powertap, those are the details to weigh up.
