Desq Prof Snijmat 22x30 cm 5 Laags

Desq Prof Snijmat 22x30 cm 5 Laags | A clear work surface for album trimming

Without a cutting mat, album pieces often get trimmed on a desk or another surface that isn’t meant for the job. The Desq Prof Snijmat gives you a dedicated place to work when preparing pieces for an album project. It’s an album accessory for anyone who wants a defined area for careful hand cutting, rather than making cuts directly on a tabletop. Its 22 × 30 cm format suits smaller, focused tasks; it’s less suited to work that needs a broad area around the cut. The title identifies it as a five-layer mat, though that alone doesn’t tell you how its layers are arranged or how it behaves under a blade. That’s an honest point to keep in mind. For straightforward album trimming, the useful details are the stated size and the fact that it’s a cutting mat.

When choosing a mat for a particular project, think about the size of the pieces you’ll be working with and how much room you need to position them. A smaller working area can make sense for trimming individual album elements, while larger layouts may be awkward to handle on it. The name includes “Prof”, but the practical decision is still about your work: does the available area suit the cuts you plan to make? This page sticks to what the product title confirms, so there’s no claim here about surface markings, materials, self-healing properties or which tools to use with it. If you’re adding a cutting mat to your album supplies, this Desq is a clearly sized option for compact work.
