Digitex DGT BP-98S 98WH V-Lock Battery w/ 2D-TAP + 2USB

Digitex DGT BP-98S 98WH V-Lock Battery w/ 2D-TAP + 2USB | Power for a connected setup

Plan a camera power setup around a 98Wh V-Lock battery, with D-TAP and USB connections built into the product name. The Digitex DGT BP-98S is for people who need a rechargeable power source in a V-Lock format and want more than one kind of output available from the battery. Its stated capacity gives you a concrete figure to consider when planning a shoot, while the listed connections may help you organise equipment that uses those types of power input. The useful part is having the capacity and connection types together in one product description; you can compare them with the demands of your own kit before choosing. It’s a straightforward option to consider when adding a V-Lock battery to a working setup, without relying on an assumed runtime or a particular camera model.

For a sensible match, start with the power input required by each device you intend to run, then compare it with the connections identified for this battery. The product name specifies two D-TAP and two USB connections; that tells you which connection types to look for, but doesn’t by itself establish that a particular device will work with them. Also consider the 98Wh capacity in the context of your equipment’s power needs and how long you expect to use it. Actual operating time depends on the connected equipment and its power draw, so it’s best not to treat capacity alone as a runtime promise. If your setup calls for a V-Lock battery and its power requirements line up with the stated capacity and outputs, the BP-98S gives you a clearly described starting point for building that setup.
