• The DJI Care Refresh and the connected product must be bought in the same country or region, as the benefits of DJI Care Refresh apply only in the purchased region.
• Each time you request a replacement, you will receive a unit that is either new or equivalent to new in terms of performance and reliability. You can request a replacement up to four times over two years. The Flyaway Coverage includes situations where you lose your drone during a flight.
• All shipping costs for returning your product for replacement service will be completely covered by DJI.
