Godox AD-R6 Reflector

Godox AD-R6 Reflector - 178 mm diameter

The Godox AD-R6 Reflector is a 178 mm aluminium reflector for flash heads with a Bowens S mount. It’s intended for Godox AD600B and AD600BM owners, as well as anyone using another flash head with the same fitting. Use it on its own as a reflector, or add an umbrella through the opening provided for that purpose. That gives you two straightforward ways to use this one accessory in a studio lighting setup: as a standalone modifier or alongside an umbrella. The metal construction and clearly stated diameter make it easy to identify what you’re adding to your kit, while the Bowens S fitting is the important compatibility detail to check against your flash head. There are no extra controls or complicated parts to learn here; the AD-R6 is a simple reflector with a specific mount and a useful umbrella opening.

What it does

• Bowens S mount: The mount is the key detail for matching this reflector to a flash head. A head with the corresponding Bowens S fitting can take the AD-R6.
• Works with specified Godox flashes: The AD600B and AD600BM are named compatible models. That gives owners of either flash a clear reference when choosing a reflector for their setup.
• Umbrella opening: The opening lets you use the reflector with an umbrella, adding another supported setup beyond using the reflector by itself. It’s a handy detail to note if umbrellas are already part of your lighting kit.
• Standalone use: The AD-R6 can also be used on its own. You can choose that arrangement when you want the reflector as the modifier in your flash setup, rather than pairing it with an umbrella.
• Aluminium body: The reflector is made from aluminium, giving you a clear material specification when comparing accessories or checking what you’re adding to your kit.
