Hahnemühle DFA FineArt Baryta 325GSM 152.4cmx12m

Hahnemühle DFA FineArt Baryta 325GSM 152.4cmx12m | A wide roll for fine art prints

When a print needs more width than a sheet can offer, you need paper in a larger format. This Hahnemühle DFA FineArt Baryta comes as a 152.4 cm by 12 m roll, giving photographers and print studios room to plan wide-format work from a single roll. Its name identifies it as FineArt Baryta, and the stated weight is 325 gsm. It’s worth considering for fine art printing where a broad working format matters, whether you’re preparing a large image or planning several prints along the roll. The dimensions are the practical starting point: compare them with the size of your intended prints and your available workspace. This is a substantial roll, so it’s less suited to someone who only needs a small amount of paper for occasional, compact prints.

Planning your print size

Before committing to a roll, map out the print sizes you expect to make. The 152.4 cm width gives you a generous span to work with; the 12 m length gives you a defined amount of paper to allocate across your jobs. Allow for the layout you have in mind, including any space needed between prints, then consider how many images you expect to print from the roll. Actual yield depends on those choices, so it’s better to plan around your own print dimensions than assume a fixed number of finished images. If you’re comparing paper options, keep the full product name and weight in your notes too. That makes it easier to distinguish this 325 gsm FineArt Baryta roll from other papers in your workflow.
