Hama Coax Cable On Roll 1X1.02/90 Db Mq100

Hama Coax Cable On Roll 1X1.02/90 Db Mq100 | For building a coaxial signal run

For carrying a coaxial signal along a cable run, this Hama coax cable comes on a roll and carries the marking 1X1.02/90 Db, with MQ100 in the product name. It’s aimed at anyone setting up or replacing a coaxial cable route and who needs cable supplied on a roll rather than a ready-made lead. Coax cable is used to link points in a signal setup; the exact devices and connections depend on the installation. The roll format gives you cable to work with along your chosen route, instead of fixing you to a short, pre-terminated length. That makes it a practical format for a planned run where the route and required length are decided on site. The title’s figures and letters are useful identifiers when comparing cable listings, so keep the full marking to hand when ordering or discussing the cable. There’s no need to read more into those characters than the product name states.

Planning a coax run

Before laying cable, map the route between the points you need to connect and estimate the length you’ll use. A roll is handy when the route has several turns or needs to follow the room, rather than running in a straight line. Allow for the path the cable will actually take, and avoid pulling it tight around corners. Those are general handling considerations for a coaxial cable run; they don’t identify a particular connector or application for this Hama cable. If you’re matching it to an existing installation, compare the complete product name and marking with the cable details you already have. The honest takeaway is simple: this listing identifies a Hama coax cable on a roll, marked 1X1.02/90 Db and MQ100. Use those details to distinguish it from other coax cable listings, and plan the run around your setup.
