Hama Ledlamp GU10 230LM Verv 35W Reflector PAR16 Helder Warm White Dimmable

Hama GU10 LED Lamp 230 lm 35 W Replacement PAR16 Clear Warm White Dimmable | Warm, dimmable light for GU10 fittings

Instead of replacing a whole light fitting when its lamp needs changing, you can replace the lamp itself. This Hama LED lamp is a GU10 model with a PAR16 reflector, designed as a 35 W replacement. Its stated light output is 230 lm, and it gives a clear, warm-white light. It’s also dimmable, so you can adjust the brightness where your lighting setup supports dimming. That makes it a straightforward option for someone who wants to retain a GU10 fitting while changing the lamp, or who prefers warm light and the option to vary its level. The honest point to keep in mind is that 230 lm is the figure to compare when you’re judging brightness; the 35 W replacement wording is a reference to the lamp it replaces, not its light output. Match the GU10 and PAR16 details to the lamp you’re replacing.

Choosing a replacement lamp

Before choosing any replacement, it helps to look at the markings on the lamp already in place and consider the kind of light you want in that spot. A GU10 fitting and a PAR16 reflector describe useful parts of the match, while the brightness figure helps you compare light output. Warm white gives you a warmer tone than a cool-white option. Dimming is useful when you want to vary the light, but it’s only relevant if your setup supports that use. Keeping those points in mind makes it easier to decide if this particular lamp suits the fitting and the atmosphere you’re aiming for.
