Hawke RS Vantage 2-7x32 1 30/30 (Wire)

Hawke RS Vantage 2-7x32 1 30/30 (Wire) | Variable magnification in a simple configuration

Hawke RS Vantage 2-7x32 1 30/30 (Wire) offers 2–7x variable magnification, giving you a choice of lower or higher enlargement as you use it. It’s built for someone who wants a telescope with a wire reticle and a clearly identified set of core specifications, rather than a product description full of claims. The 32 mm objective and 1-inch tube complete the configuration. Its 30/30 reticle is specified as wire, so you know which reticle type you’re choosing. That makes this model worth considering when those details match what you’re looking for. The honest point: the name tells you the key configuration, but it doesn’t tell the whole story of how the telescope will suit your particular setup.

A configuration you can assess at a glance

The magnification range is the main practical decision here. At the lower end, the subject appears less enlarged; at the upper end, it appears more enlarged. You can select between those levels rather than being limited to one fixed magnification. The objective size and tube measurement also make it easier to compare this model with another telescope using the same kinds of measurements. And if you already have a preference for a wire reticle, the reticle description is explicit. There’s no need to read extra meaning into the model name: it identifies the magnification range, objective size, tube measurement and reticle type. If those are the details you’re weighing up, the RS Vantage gives you a specific configuration to consider without dressing it up with unverified performance promises.
