Hoodman Launch Pad 90cm - 150cm LED Light
Hoodman Launch Pad 90cm - 150cm LED Light | Light focused on your drone’s launch area
Your launch area gets its own LED light, making the pad easier to pick out as you prepare for take-off or bring your drone in to land. The Hoodman Launch Pad 90cm - 150cm LED Light is a drone accessory for pilots who want illumination centred on the launch pad, rather than a separate general-purpose light. Its stated 90cm–150cm range gives you a size reference when considering it for your setup. This is a straightforward add-on for regular flying, particularly when you want the landing spot to remain visually distinct as daylight fades or in dim conditions. Keep its purpose in mind: it’s a light for a launch pad, not a complete lighting setup for a wider flying area. For a field setup with a defined take-off and landing spot, its appeal is simple—LED light focused where your drone starts and returns.
Specialist Note
The Hoodman Launch Pad 90cm - 150cm LED Light is a focused way to add light to a drone launch pad. I’d start by comparing the stated 90–150cm range with the pad in your setup; that keeps the choice tied to the actual landing spot you use. Since this is an LED light, its role is to illuminate the pad itself, which can help you keep that spot easier to identify as natural light drops. It suits drone pilots who return to a defined launch point, whether they’re preparing to fly or landing. The honest limitation is its narrow purpose: I wouldn’t choose it as a light for covering a whole setup area.
