Ilford MGFB1K Classic 40.6x50.8cm 10V.

Ilford MGFB1K Classic 40.6x50.8cm 10V. | A defined paper format for print work

It’s frustrating to settle on a print-paper format and then find that the product name points to a different size. The Ilford MGFB1K Classic is identified as 40.6 × 50.8 cm photo paper, giving you a precise format to work from when choosing paper for a print project. It suits photographers and printmakers who already know the dimensions they want and are looking for this specific Ilford product. The title also includes “10V”; we’ve kept that designation as supplied rather than guessing what it means. Ilford’s product name and the stated dimensions are the useful details to match against your plans. The supplier lists the colour as black. If you’re comparing paper listings, that’s a detail to take into account alongside the product name and format.

Choosing by format

A paper size can shape how you plan a print, so it’s worth choosing by the dimensions you actually need rather than by a broad description alone. This listing gives you a clear numerical reference: 40.6 × 50.8 cm. Use that figure when comparing this paper with the format you have in mind. The name “MGFB1K Classic” also helps distinguish this particular Ilford paper from other products; retain the full name when searching or making a shortlist. One honest point: a product title can identify a paper and its format, but it can’t tell you whether that format suits a particular project. That decision is yours. If these are the exact details you’re looking for, this listing makes them easy to check before you choose.
