Ilford MGRCPF44K 30.5x40.6cm 50SH

Ilford MGRCPF44K 30.5x40.6cm 50SH | Make larger photo prints in a 50-sheet pack

A photograph at 30.5 x 40.6 cm has room to make an impression on a wall, in a frame or on a table. Ilford’s MGRCPF44K is photo paper in that sheet size, supplied as 50 sheets. It suits photographers who want physical prints in a consistent, fairly substantial format, and who’d rather have a counted stack ready for a planned print run than buy sheets one at a time. The main advantage is straightforward: you know the paper size and the number of sheets before you start choosing images. That makes it easier to plan a batch for a personal collection, a display or gifts. One honest point: the title doesn’t identify a surface finish, so this is best chosen for its known size and quantity, not on an assumption about how glossy or matte a print will look. If you’re selecting pictures for this paper, pay attention to the image framing at the intended print size.

Plan around the print size

At 30.5 x 40.6 cm, this paper gives you a clear target when preparing photographs for printing. Consider how the subject sits within the frame at that final size; a crop that looks fine on a small screen can feel different when the print is larger. The sheet dimensions also give you a practical reference when choosing where a finished photograph will go, or what frame size to look for. Those are simple decisions, but they’re easier to make before printing than after.

The 50-sheet quantity is useful when you have several images in mind or want to keep a single paper size for a series. You can count out the sheets for a project and keep the remaining amount in view as you work through it. It’s a focused product: the known details are the Ilford name, the MGRCPF44K model code, the 30.5 x 40.6 cm sheet size and the 50-sheet quantity. Choose it when those specifics match the prints you’re planning, rather than based on an unconfirmed paper finish or printer fit.
