Kaiser Body Cap Nikon
Kaiser Body Cap Nikon | Keeps the camera opening covered
Without a body cap, the camera’s open lens mount is left uncovered whenever the lens is off. The Kaiser Body Cap Nikon covers that opening between lens changes and while you store or transport a Nikon camera body on its own. It suits Nikon camera owners who remove lenses regularly, or who keep a spare body packed separately from its lens. Fit the cap over the exposed opening when you take a lens off, then leave it in place until you’re ready to attach a lens again. That simple routine helps keep dust and other loose debris away from the camera interior. It’s a small, straightforward accessory rather than a solution for protecting a camera during use, but it does the specific job a bare body needs covered.
Specialist Note
This cap can’t protect the camera while a lens is attached; its job begins when the body is left open. For a Nikon camera, that makes it a practical companion when you’re changing lenses or putting a body into storage on its own. Once the single body opening is exposed, press the cap into place before packing the camera, and leave it there until you’re ready to fit a lens. The black colour keeps the look discreet alongside a Nikon body. I’d recommend it to anyone who often separates a body from its lens, especially when packing camera gear away between uses.
