Kaiser Flitsverlengkabel 0.5m
Kaiser Flitsverlengkabel 0.5m | A short link for off-camera flash
A flash placed away from the camera can give portraits and product shots more deliberate, directional light. The Kaiser Flitsverlengkabel 0.5m is a compact flash trigger/transmitter cable for photographers who want to fire an off-camera flash as part of their setup. It’s suited to portrait photographers shaping light around a person, and to product photographers who want to control where the light falls on an object. At 0.5 metres, it’s intended as a short extension rather than a way to position a flash across a room. That makes it handy when the trigger connection needs a little extra reach while your flash stays close to the camera setup. The result is a simple, practical link in a lighting arrangement, without making the cable itself the focus of your working space.
Specialist Note
First-time off-camera flash users often focus on the light position and overlook the short connection needed to fire the flash; this Kaiser gives that part of the setup a compact extension. Its 0.5-metre length is useful when the existing connection needs a little slack, but it won’t give you room to place a flash far across a studio. For a portrait, keep the flash just off-camera and use the cable as the short link in your trigger setup; for a small product, move the light close to the subject to shape its illumination. The black finish is discreet in a darker setup. I’d choose it for a nearby flash, not for a long cable run.
